LaamTag Hub (the "Interface") is a website-hosted user interface made available to allow users to view and administer their interactions with decentralized protocols. By accessing the Interface, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING ARBITRATION: BY USING THE INTERFACE, YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTE THROUGH BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN COURT, AND YOU AGREE TO A CLASS ACTION WAIVER.

1. Eligibility & Legality

You are solely responsible for adhering to all laws and regulations applicable to your use of the Interface. You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age. You may not use the Interface if you are subject to sanctions or designated on any prohibited or restricted party lists, including those maintained by the United Nations, the US, or the EU.

2. Non-Custodial Nature

The Interface is non-custodial. We do not hold or control your digital assets. Any assets you acquire are held solely by you through your selected electronic wallet (e.g., Phantom). You are responsible for the security of your private keys. We will never create a hosted wallet for you or custody assets on your behalf.

We reserve the right to disable or limit access to the Interface at any time, in our sole discretion, for any breach of these Terms or to comply with legal requirements. We are not liable for any losses suffered if the Interface is inaccessible for any reason.

You understand that there are inherent risks associated with virtual currency and blockchain technologies. The Interface is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We specifically disclaim any warranties of merchantability, security, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Under no circumstances shall LaamTag Hub or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages.

7. Binding Arbitration

7.1. Authority of Arbitrator

The arbitrator shall have the exclusive authority and jurisdiction to make all procedural and substantive decisions regarding a Dispute. The arbitrator may grant any remedy that would otherwise be available in court, but may only conduct an individual arbitration and may not preside over any type of class or representative proceeding.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1. Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting a revised version. Continued use of the Interface after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8.2. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be severed, and the remaining Terms will remain in full force and effect.

8.3. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of UK / US / Canada (or your chosen jurisdiction), without regard to principles of conflict of laws.
